Christ the King Catholic School, founded in 1954, has a long tradition of inspiring faith and excellence in students. Christ the King is home to 360 students and is located in Jacksonville, Florida. The school offers a fully accredited education for children of all faiths in grades K through 8th. We are accredited through the Florida Catholic Conference, and we are under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of St. Augustine. Teachers are certified by the State of Florida or have Letters of Endorsement from Superintendent Conway in the subjects they are teaching.

The mission of Christ the King Catholic School is to serve God as a community, care for His Creation, follow Catholic teachings, create a love for learning and respect the unique gifts and talents of others. (updated 2021)

About our School
As our National Blue Ribbon Award verifies, Christ the King Catholic School has a rich curriculum that includes Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies and Religion at every grade. All grades from K to 8 also have enrichment courses once or twice per week. These classes include Music, Art, Spanish, Physical Education, Engineering and Media Resource.

National Blue Ribbon School
Christ the King Catholic School was awarded the Blue Ribbon for academic excellence in 2010 for standardized test scores in the top 10% of the nation in both reading and math.
