Since 1954, Christ the King Catholic School in Jacksonville, FL, has a long tradition of inspiring faith and excellence in students. The school offers a fully accredited education for children of all faiths in grades PK-4 through 8th. We are accredited through the Florida Catholic Conference, and we are under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of St. Augustine. Teachers are certified by the State of Florida or have Letters of Endorsement from Superintendent Conway in the subjects they are teaching.
In 2010, the school was awarded the national Blue Ribbon Award by the U.S. Department of Education. Christ the King was one of the first schools in the Diocese of St. Augustine to receive this award. The school continuously strives to live up to this high standard of academic achievement.
In 2017, the school became the first in Florida to become certified in STREAM by the Florida Catholic Conference. This certification recognizes our curriculum focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
